App stopped working, Re installed still broke

Hi I have been mining for just over a week and invited 5 people to the app, Today the app wouldn’t load I decided to uninstall and then reinstall the app still wouldn’t work. I know the servers are fine as my families apps are working.

All it says is Error accurred please try later your PI balance is safe

CraigG33 how long has been like that? You are on a Lite Mode, can you please attach some screenshots. Thank you.

CraigG33 about Pi Lite Mode, you dont have to uninstall the app everytime you are on a light mode.
